He came by, on the same day and took 10 minutes to diagnose the issue. He was friendly, professional and transparent. He ordered the part and was at our house on the following Wednesday to replace a motor. Took him no longer than 20 minutes to replace the motor and then he ran the machine with me there, to make sure it was operating correctly. Top notch service! Highly recommend!!
